Man has it been a ride. I'm glad to let you know that the plane rides were just fine. Haven't had a bad experience yet! Very grateful for that haha. But as soon as I landed, I was immediately picked up from the airport and went on a 3 day long trip all over the DR. This is because the Work and Witness coordinator was looking for potential projects, and there was the president of another organization named Lazarion Homes was also looking for potential projects to build churches. They're a really neat ministry based in Idaho, I would hope you to consider looking at their website! Anyways, that was quite an exhausting, yet eye opening trip! You'd be surprised with how persistent God can be with His work even in the worst scenarios. But on Saturday, we came back to Santo Domingo and immediately had to great ready for a team from a university in Pennsylvania to come. This was a special team, as they aren't here for religious reasons, yet just to help with our child development centers ran by Nazarene Compassionate. It was interesting listening to them and their reasons for coming on this trip. I got a few chances to speak about God and how His plan is quite similar to theirs. I hope they got something spiritually out of this trip. They just left this morning, and I'm very very exhausted. Ready to relax for a few days, and then back at it with another team! I would really enjoy prayers for my stress, I am trying to get college all figured out, and it's not very convenient being out of the country with no Wifi at home. But I have so much support, I know I'll be just fine. Thank you all for your prayers and messages! I appreciate every one of them!!!
